About the Role

Essity Romania is looking for a Key Account Manager for Consumer Goods division. In this role you will be responsible for achieving the most effective sales results, maximize sales volume, distribution and profitability, according to strategy and targets.

The role is based in Bucharest with hybrid model in place.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the implementation of Consumer Goods division strategy and action plans for dedicated customers in Romania.

  • Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.

  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with clients business needs.

  • Drive contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies

  • Prepare customer plans in cooperation with all other functions involved.

  • Actively contribute to the optimization of the commercial policy and trade terms for dedicated customers.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the modern channel development and competitors’ activities.

  • Implement proactive actions for achieving the targets.

Who You Are

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Min. 3 years of business/sales development experience (experience on Key Account position is not a must)

  • Solid knowledge of the FMCG sector is required

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of commercial and pricing principles

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent team player and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills

  • Fluent English is a must

  • Proficient with MS-Office in the MS-Windows software, Excel pivot table, PPT, Outlook

  • Valid driver’s license and must meet Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards
