Remuneration to the Board of Directors

The 2026 Annual General Meeting decided that total fees paid to Board members should be distributed as follows:

Board Chairman: SEK 3,000,000

Other Board members (elected by the Annual General Meeting and not employees of the company): SEK 1,000,000.

In addition members of the committees receive fees as follows:

Audit Committee Chairman: SEK 520,000

Other Audit Committee members: SEK 365,000

Remuneration Committee Chairman: SEK 180,000

Other Remuneration Committee members: SEK 155,000
