Applying to become an Essity supplier is the start of a strong and long-lasting partnership.
We have high expectations on our suppliers. Before applying to become an Essity supplier it is important to understand Essity’s requirements and to verify that your organization can comply with Essity’s Global Supplier Standard.
Essity will make an initial assessment based on the information provided in the application. Potential suppliers, passing the initial screening, will be contacted by Essity Global Procurement to further evaluate opportunities and compliance towards our requirements. At this stage the potential supplier may be required to participate in certificate reviews, self-assessments, meetings, visits, and both remote and on-site audits.
If successful and provided that Essity can confirm a match between the offering, capabilities and needs, the dialogue with Essity Global Procurement will continue and the potential supplier may receive a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
