For the issue of bonds in the European debt capital markets, Essity has a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme with a framework amount of EUR 6,000m (SEK 67,644m). At September 30th 2024, SEK 37,695m was outstanding under the programme with an average term of 3,9 years. Of this amount SEK 2,000m was private placements and SEK 35,695m public bonds.
Essity’s short term loan programmes comprise a Swedish commercial paper programme with a framework amount of SEK 15,000m and a Belgian commercial paper programme with a framework amount of EUR 1,200m (SEK 13,529m). At September 30th 2024, the outstanding amounts within these programs were SEK 0m and SEK 0m, respectively.
